Privacy
Short version: your photo is used only to make your stencil and pumpkin model, nobody looks at it, and it is deleted automatically.
What we collect
- Your photo and everything made from it (the cropped image, the stencil, the printable page, the 3D files). They are stored on our server only as long as needed, see below.
- Your email address, if you give it, to send you the link to your pumpkin page. If you pay by card, Stripe also sends us the email you entered at checkout.
- Technical data: your IP address is kept with the job while it exists, to limit abuse (upload and build rate limits), and standard web-server logs.
Automatic deletion
Every pumpkin, paid or not, is deleted 72 hours after the photo was uploaded: the photo, the stencil, the model files, the page and its database record. Download your files before then. There is no account and no gallery, so once a pumpkin is deleted we cannot recover it.
Who sees your data
- Processing (background removal, stencil, 3D model) runs on our own server. The photo is not sent to any third party for the Classic stencil.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe tells us only that the pumpkin was paid and the email you entered.
- Email is sent through a transactional email provider (Resend or Postmark) which processes your address to deliver the message.
- We do not sell or share photos or addresses, and we do not use photos to train anything.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies for fraud prevention.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete a pumpkin before the automatic deadline, or to tell you what we hold for an email address. Write to the site owner. Because pumpkins are deleted automatically, requests older than the retention period usually concern data we no longer have.
