The service
Pumpkin Portrait Studio turns a photo you upload into a carving stencil and a 3D-printable jack-o-lantern. The stencil preview and the 3D preview are free. The download pack (3MF, STL files and the printable stencil PDF/PNG) is either a one-time purchase per pumpkin at the price shown before checkout, currently $5.00, or included in the Unlimited plan, a recurring subscription currently $9.99/month.
Unlimited plan
The Unlimited plan is billed in advance for each period through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. It unlocks the download pack of every pumpkin you build while it is active, for personal use, within the fair-use limits we apply to uploads and builds per address. It is granted to the browser you paid from and to the email address you gave Stripe; we email a sign-in link to that address when you ask to use the plan on another device. Cancel any time from "Manage plan" (Stripe's customer portal) or by writing to us; access continues until the end of the period already paid and there are no refunds for partial periods. Files from pumpkins made under the plan are still deleted after the usual retention period. If a renewal payment fails, access ends a few days later unless the payment is completed.
No accounts, short retention
There are no user accounts. Your pumpkin lives at a private link, which we also email you after payment. Every pumpkin and its files are deleted 72 hours after upload, whether or not it was purchased. Please download your files within that time; after deletion they cannot be restored and a new pumpkin is a new purchase.
Your photo
Upload only photos you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful content. You keep all rights to your photo and to the files we generate from it; we claim no rights in them and do not reuse them. You may print the files as many times as you like, including for sale.
Digital goods and refunds
Because the files are delivered immediately, purchases are final once downloaded. If a file does not open or does not slice in a current version of Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer, or the model differs clearly from the preview you bought, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. We cannot refund for print failures caused by printer settings or for a stencil you simply do not like, since you see the full preview before paying.
Availability and limits
Builds run in a queue and may take longer at busy times. We may limit the number of uploads and builds per address to keep the service working for everyone. The service is provided as is; we are not liable for printer damage, wasted filament or other indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout.
